My friend have one like that, but it is not honey bee company but some chinese stuff, but it's really good though.
I have oposite one 60 -> 72 pin if anybody interested.

I know a number of people whom have this adapter so I wouldn't call it rare.  It is uncommon though.

Although none of them are selling theirs either.
