I'd guarantee there's a ROM. It just hasn't hit English-language sites, I'd think. I'm surprised CaH4e3 doesn't have it on his site yet.

What's sad is that they bundled a disassembled cart with special edition copies of the DVD.  So, you know there are a bunch of nerds who have the rom chips and case and label and all of that sitting in a sealed bag in their closet.
