Oiroke (Sexy) Mario - Super Mario Bros. 2 Hack

So in a pile of famicom disk system games that came in I found a special version of Mario 2 that I can only deem as the "naughty" version. I'll post pictures here once I get the chance, but does anyone else have this or have heard of it? I haven't played very far into it but I knew something was up when I saw the first "mushroom."

Sorry I haven't posted pics yet guys. My store sale went a lot better than I had thought and I haven't had a chance to do much more than boot up the twin to retest a few games before shipping them. Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to get a little Mario luvin' in.
