What games do you think that you've logged the most time into over the years? Could be a newer game, maybe its an older title that you haven't played in a long time. Just list your top 10 games and try to estimate how much time you've logged into it.

for me:

1. Pokémon FireRed (GBA)   450 hours [I was sooo excited when Red/Green were remade I spent more time on this one game that anything else by far.]

2. Super Mario World (SNES) around 300 hours (est.) [I've been playing this game yearly since age 6.]

3. Fallout 3 (X360) 230 hours [if there was a game that could be accused of having TOO much to do, it would be Fallout 3.]

4. Tales of Symphonia (GC)  130 hours [played through it twice]

5. Final Fantasy VI (SNES) 100 hours (est.) [My favorite Final Fantasy and one of my favorite games ever]

6. Diablo II & Lord of Darkness (PC) around 100 hours (est.) [necomancer ftw]

7. Megaman 2 (NES) probably around 80 hours [with all my playthroughs LOL]

8. Dead or Alive Ultimate 2 (Xbox) 60 hours [I love this simple yet beautiful fighter. everything about it is beautiful- and hey, the girls featured aren't too bad either!]

9. Earth Defense Force 2017 (X360)    41 hours [I love this game and I can't believe I put in so much time into it. This is what prompted this thread.

10/ Megaman X (SNES) 20 hours (est.) [my favorite SNES game.]

what about you all?

The only extremely large amount of time I spend on games would go to the Pokemon series, since they're the only ones that can hold my attention for a really long time.  I've maxed out the gameplay clock things (999:99) on Gold, Sapphire, LeafGreen, Diamond, and I have around 750-something on Platinum.

Ive played Ninja hattori kun for the famicom, GTA San Andreas for ps2, and Marvel vs Capcom for ridiculous ammounts of time! All those games i play regularly, and for atleast a few hours at a time!
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

Only games I spent a huge amount of time playing would be Phantasy Star Online and Diablo II, probably going on 300 hours apiece. But now that I think about it, I probably played FF III (SNES), VII and Breath of Fire II for longer, since I have five, four and three playthrus apiece on those, and they're long games. I've also played Silent Hill four times, but it's a bit shorter.

I've been playing games like SMB, SMB 3, Excitebike, etc. for as long as I can remember so those are by far the most. As for games that I have an actual estimate; Resident Evil 4 - 100 hours, Twilight Princess - 60 hours.

i think i have like 160 hours on pokemon crystal.

Perhaps Diablo II...  I've gone back to it at least 5 times and gotten close to maxing out at least one character each time.

Pro evolution soccer(PS2) -hacked version- over 5000 hours in the past two years.

Other games are mostly for testing if they work or not and then one or two to just beat them and see how they play....I miss the days I was playing every day I got in my hands.

Uninvited?

I still really want to find the famicom version, as its more violent then the american release.

TanookiSuitSam

Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, and Splatterhouse arcade are probably the most time I've ever spent on any games.

TF2 being the most with an astounding 200+ hours.

I don't know how anyone has enough time to log in over 5000 on one game in only two years (that would be about 7 hours every single day, 7 days a week  :o).

L___E___T

Mine would be street fighter 2, zero and 3

Add to that Gran Turismo 2, Shinobi PS2 and GG shinobi I think.

Alos, I'd like to stay 'most played' does not necessarily just mean how many hours logged.  If you ask me it's more about what you put in than what's on the stats page.  I've done tons of 24hr races on GT4 but how much did I actually play it with all my interest - not a lot.  Same as Dragon Quest, I've knocked up 70 hours on DQ5 alone simply but grinding through dungeons using little more than one button, rinse and repeat.

Street fighter and ninja games, now they are games I can definitely say are most played.  I've put a lot into those games and have got a hell of a lot back.

Well maybe not 7 hours but I would say around 3-4 hours a day and only around 3 times a week. That still adds up to a lot of hours! Each match takes 20 minutes to play. I have played the game so much I'm surprised my PS2 hasn't broken already. I have also played it so much that I can pick the suckiest team and beat the best team in super hard mode! har har har
