Sorry to say, but that console is clearly not official.  It's made by a company called RetroBit.  Where did you hear about the brand new games?

Hmm.  Interesting.  That guy has no idea what he's talking about though.  I hope he doesn't actually think that the original Genesis was a 32-bit console.  It makes me wonder what kind of format those games will be in, and if you can just put regular Genesis ROMs on it too.

IMO you're looking for stuff that's so easy to come by there's no reason to be waiting around for a Famicom forum to sell you stuff. You can find lots of boxed games even real cheap on eBay within in the price range you want, plus there are forums out there specifically for Sega games where people will have what you're looking for as well.
