There are a lot of hacks of that game, usually as "FIFA". I don't recall what official title it is.

I think it's a GOAL 2 with different name.

Always the same game, just different title screens, from my experience.

Was GOAL 2 officialy released for the Famicom ? I didn't find it in any Famicom list. It is mentioned only in NES lists.

Still the same game, the title translates into something like Ninja Turtle Story. I guess they didn't have the branding of TMNT in Japan at that point yet.
