Nazoler Land Dai 2 Gou -- that's my guess.

Yeah I looked at famicom disk system roms and found the game rom; it's definitely ''Nazoler Land Dai 2 Gou''. I also downloaded its sequels and they're just as weird and goofy as this one. They even feature some of the same characters in some games like the school girl for example but in a platform game instead.
