I'd guess Unk 4 is Kyouryuu Sentai Juu Ranger, but I'm not sure. There were two officially released Power Rangers games and I think that's one. But, of course, there are at least two unlicensed Power Rangers games, too.

I have no clue about Unk 7.

I've got a game called The Tiny Toon 3: Crazy Castle. The gameplay looks a lot like The Goonies, with bugs being chased by Sylvester. I think it's a title screen hack. What might the original be?

I have a game by that same name on a multi-cart and mine's the same as Roger Rabbit for the famicom, also known as Bugs Bunny's Crazy Castle for the NES. Check out vids of Crazy Castle on Youtube and see if your game looks the same. The Famicom version has Roger Rabbit in place of Bugs and the pursuers are different characters, too.
