Namcot #9 is Battle City.

Irem #6 is Spelunker II and it does have the LED:

Cool. Thanks. I don't have those two. And that means Spelunker II is the last to have the LED's. Wonder why they stopped putting them on the carts. I know the cart design changed soon after #6 but they still used it for some games.

My theory: Since the LED served no really important purpose they just left it out to cut costs a tiny bit.

Second one seems to be Baby Mario (hack of Bio Miracle with Mario as the main character).
