Sure the yellow NINTENDO disks are genuine.

But what are all those Diskette System labels from?

honestly, i've got no idea. I still have to wait for the disks and the console to arrive. I'm curious which games are actually on them

Don't know. Further inspection showed that even the Falsion is a pirate. It has a small serif on the "T" The labels itself look almost genuine for my untrained eye, but the sleeves do look like someone printed them with a laserprinter. I can take larger pics if anyone's interested

Where did you buy them from? When I buy from Japan, I rarely get pirated games. Honestly I don't know where some people on this forum are able to find hundreds of pirated FDS game, but I doubt it is from Japan.
Selling  Japanese games in Sweden since 2011 (as "japanspel").

The best pirates come from Taiwan. But you can also get them primarily in Korea, China, Russia and S. America.

I got those from a british Ebay auction.

FDS pirates seem more common in Hong Kong than anywhere else - they rarely if ever show up in other pirate hotspots like Taiwan or China. Probably because the disk system itself was never cloned, and HK got an official release of it - anywhere else would have had to rely on expensive Japanese imports.
