Both Sachen games, I think. Side A is Joyvan Kid (Chinese version of Metal Fighter), Side B is Incantation (Chinese version of Galactic Crusader)

Excellent fighting game, in which the main character defeats enemies aiming to further the end of the board. The game is an imitation three-dimensional space similar to the legendary Double Dragon and Ninja Turtles. The hero can raise the dropped knife or gun and use it against its enemies.

Doesn't sound like a fighting game, sounds like a beat em up. Cool though.
