can someone help me to identify this?

i got hold of it some days a go.. and i have no time to test it right now.. is it a common cart ?

I'm guessing it's a hack of Super Mario Bros., given that the picture on the label is taken from there.

It's Super Mario Bros. 2j. It Could be either the Kaiser (with cheats) or the Whirlwind Manu version (no title screen). It's random.

is both versions random or just the Whirlwind Manu ?

I mean this one could be the Kaiser version but the next one you see with the same label could be the Whirlwind Manu, it's completly random. You can't know unless you have a picture of the title screen.

This is the Kaiser version nice, the cheats is:
Press Start + Select when you power on the system, when you see the title screen, unpress them, you have infinite lives
