has anyone played that game? suposedly a worker at bungee thought it would be hilarious to port halo to the atari 2600, i played it online its pretty fun

The programmer even wrote a little thing about how he managed to pull it off on the hardware. Pretty nice!

I'm not to hot in it either, but what you need to do is burn an eeprom ( make sure it's either 4 Kilobyte, or 32 Kilobit). The typical 4k atari board uses a 24 pin chip, but I can't find that anywhere, so I'm going to have to use a 28 pin, and pull the unneeded pins to ground, etc.

yeah they game away a limited number of real copys at the classic gaming expo in las vegas last month

Ill try to work on it. My first priority is to make a copy for  mark at classic game room to donate. After that ill make another and if youre still interested well work something out.
