OK, so if I understand correctly, then despite what the thread title says you can't accept paypal? Kind of misleading. I never have seen anyone accepting watches for video games either. Do you take the watches to a pawn shop or something?

Honestly this is a bit uconventional and I'd feel a bit uncomfortable buying games this way.

ericj

I don't get it either. Watches? Why can't you receive Paypal in Peru?

Oh, here's why:

How many Chinese watches do you need?  :P

Sounds extremely shady. Maybe he makes commission on every watch sold? There is no way anyone will spend money on obtaining useless goods just on the promise of being able to sell/trade it later with someone else. Outside the fact that you could be scammed, all it would take is a simple "I don't want it any more" and your out of pocket with $30+ of useless cheap watches you can't get rid of.

hi,all say the same thing, peru-paypal no recieve money only send-the peruvians banks are  some stupids. But if someone want buy the games  , then you can pay using  western union or money gram or vigo. in other hand, the watches is only an example, there are a lot of items in focalprice that  i can choose ( if  preffer the barter , you can use coupons for focalprice and is more cheaper for you)- the feedback of the integrants of this forums is my guaranty, i will sell the items of focalprice here in peru in double price.  8)

Guys, give him a break. Clearly English is not his first language and he's struggling a bit to bring his point across.
Do you really not understand what he wants to say?

1) He can't use paypal to receive money due to regulations in his country.
2) So he says you can buy items that he wants from "focalprice" (the watches were only an example) for the price of the items you'd usually pay him directly. It's like, "buy a 30$ item for me and I'll trade you my 30$ item for it".

Although I wouldn't do it, (because you won't get any buyer's protection this way) I give him the benefit of the doubt.
