Need help with FDS on PSP's NesterJ

On my old PSP, I had no problem getting FDS games to work on NesterJ, but now since running 5.50 Gen D,  I can't seem to get it to work. I downloaded the Famicom Disk System boot.nes file and put it in the root of card > PSP > Game > Nesterj, but still games only boot up to a gray screen.

Can someone else me out please?
