From some quick research I did I found that its called:

Kunio Kun Dodgeball Zenin Shuugou! Tournament Special (gold SFC cart)

It was a prize for some kind of tournament and only 10 were made.

Only in Japan would a cart sell for $6,000.

You're forgetting the Nintendo World Championship gold cart that sells for $5000 on ebay here in the states. 26 were made.

I thought the last one went for like $2k?  I can appreciate collecting and all of that, but I can't imagine any game that would bring me $2000 worth of entertainment or joy.  Let alone $5000 or $6000.

Unbelievable.  People are crazy.

Actually no they're not, 5k is a small price to pay if thats the only thing you need to complete your collection. The people who paid 100 for a metroid manual on the other hand were quite crazy and in need of mental care

Beside the grails listed on this site, are there any other super rare or expensive games for the famicom?

nintendodork

Tons.  One that comes to mind is Mr. Splash, there's also All Night Nippon and I Am a Teacher: Super Mario no Sweater.
I like to glitch old VHS tapes and turn them into visuals for live music events. Check out what I'm working on - www.instagram.com/tylerisneat
