It's standard "made in china" product, get cheap Famicom cart and get the plastic case from it, then replace the case of volumerates' cart. From what I've seen, the PCB is "standard" quality, just needs some cleaning

Yeah, I got that one and it is Gun-Nac even though the menu calls it "Summer Carnival 3".
