If i could make a small request, is there any chance of asking the factory to make the carts a little stronger  i.e thicker plastic   apart from that very happy 

I doubt they have any control over that, they just buy these in bulk I assume and have nothing to do with the production facility.

My order is with the same status, they say that the games are "out of stock" (i put the order a week ago  )

verified means paypal verify the transaction. and order under processing.
