I think that's just a translation typo. In all likelihood, the carts are just boots of the original games, sans box or manual. Nothing really special.

I don't think so, the cart I ordered was shipped a few days ago. I'm still waiting for something else to be shipped though.

checked with factory, they don't do stocks for this game cards, so all the orders of the carts, will need production time, that's why the order includes these cards might take extra time comparing our normal items. Anyway, we are pushing factory for earlier shipment each day. So hope we will keep sending orders.
