I don't see how this is really an excuse for something not arriving. According to their records, it was shipped, so who knows why it didn't arrive. Maybe it's the way the customs forms are filled out. Airmail from HK or China usually gets here in about 4 days.

Volumerates sounds more like a drop shipper than a wholesaler to me. But, I could be wrong.

Nope it is not a drop-shipper... dealextreme is 2 months and still waiting for my GBA case and they did not even refunded my money... they send me an email that refund was successful but it was not... so i will never order from DX again

Got my games today but 2 are different games to what i ordered, think its more the factories fault for putting different number labels on the carts, anyone else had this problem?

Carts i got were Kage/Astyanax/Street 12p/Rev hero and Batman/Spiderman/Turtles1/Turtles4. both have the number labels for the games above, i wouldn't mind but the first cart i already have and i'm still missing turtles 2

Well, considering the dirt cheap price, I'm not surprised with all these issues. It really isn't cost effective to do all the legwork to confirm everything is proper.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from ndscardsale.com and the package arrived quickly and everything in it was correct. It's only a few cents more per item than volumerates, too.

It is whole sale , low mark up per unit. Cost per unit is offset by quantity. Many other wholesalers with good management rarely have problem.

Interesting. I've placed my order from Volumerate on Aug 29 and my items still have not shipped. My first excuse was because the items are unavailable from the warehouse, but everything will ship on the 9th. Come the 13th, my items are delayed again because of "Chinese mid-autumn day" ...  

I've yet to get a confirmation email that my items were shipped. DealExtreme, on the other hand, has pretty much been spot on whenever I deal with them.

I bought mario 7 in 1 and 3 in 1 adventure island is says it has adventure island  2 3 and 4 I paid for airmail shipping with tracking its already being tracked by usps I placed my order on 9/13 package should be here in a few days i will post all the real games that are on the carts I mean for 8 bucks and some change with shipping I figure Its worth the risk

I ordered an item through your site on July 25th (Order #: 110725ZV2SNGVRS), but it hasn't arrived and I doubt it's been shipped. Any idea when this will be on its way?  

we shipped the order on Aug 1st.

And that's a non-tracking order, so we cannot track it with post office. But for sure it definitely shipped out. But normally it takes 7 to 11 days to arrive.

So please be patient and check local post office?

Bullshit. I submitted a ticket through your site and was told it was held up at the HK post office and hasn't left your country yet. I already purchased the item from another seller and received it so whatever. I'll just write this off and never order from you again.
