Any Russian friends that can help me buy from a Russian website?

Title says it all. If I could find someone that can take Paypal somehow that'd be great. Since apparently you can't send money to Russia, it's so damn inconvenient, there's no other way other than to use Western Union, which never works out because they don't like the information the receiver gives me. it's just such a hassle.

Anyone who can help?  

Edit: Or another way of doing it is I buy stuff for the person helping out that's of equal enough value and send it to you while you buy my stuff. Just a thought..

Knowing pirates, it's probably a title hack of Motor City Patrol or something.

I've seen that cartridge a few times and no one ever says what it is. Betting it's not a pirate original, though you never know. Probably some common hack of something else with a label that will attract attention.
