Question about USPS

Well i have checked United States Postal Service's site and the cheapest shipping to Bulgaria is 13.25 and the weight of the package is 4 lib.
Here is a screenshot of it:


So one average NES game is about 4 ounces, and 4 pounds are 64 ounces or about 16 NES games ( i may be wrong I am not familiar with ponds ounces etc we use kg  )

So getting NES games from US is not that expensive or I am wrong?

Usually a sturdy shipping box with some packing material weighs easily 200-300g.

Other than that, you're right.
Usually sending games shouldn't be very expensive if the sender chooses the right method. 

As a comparison, a 2kg package from Japan to Bulgaria costs about 14$ for seamail or 36$ for airmail.
