The unofficial "sequel" to River City Ransom, this is the only Kunio-Kun game outside of RCR not to be some sort of sports game. It's fully playable without knowing Japanese and is a ton of fun. BARF!

Also, how much would it be to ship SMB 3 with the box to the US?

Rockman 3 and 4 have been sold. The rest are still available. SMB3 boxed will cost $5.50 shipped anywhere in the US, probably a bit less within Canada.
