Custom Famicom Cartridge labels?

what are the uhh err appropriate dimensions/settings for printing labels like these?

a year or so ago i had some printed on plain sticker paper at fedex office but i dont remember the settings required for getting them the right size 

also, the corner rounders mentioned earlier in this thread are on sale (not really.. cheap but cheaper than they were)

Please do something custom. There's too much of that 1:1 replacement label crap going around as it is. At least if you do something new, you're creating something unique.

Both are very nicely done indeed I'd say!  

Also let's be fair with requests people - If someone is just after a 100% stock Rockman 2 label, there's Google Image search for that.
