nice find Pikkon, i love zappers
I am a big Nintendo fan! especially GameBoy, N64, SFC, GC. And of course Mario games
I collect SFC/N64 mainly. Some rare famicom stuff too. Also miscellaneous video game stuff.

I have three of those at home for sale if folks want them.  Owned so many clones over the years!

Pikkon

Yea the zapper was very light when I got it,opened her up and it has no weights like the original so I put some of these in there.

Now it feels a lot better with the added weight.

Very cool, Pikkon. I have a 3rd party NES zapper and I noticed it was incredibly light too. Sadly it doesn't work on my AV Fami, but then again I don't have any Famicom zapper games anyway. I got home from my trip today, here is what I purchased overall.

Super Mario Bros 3. (CIB)
Gradius (CIB)
Power Blazer (CIB)
Spartan X2
Final Mission
Wario Land 4 (Game Boy Advance, CIB) This happens to be my second favorite non-Famicom game, so I'm glad to have it complete.

And when I got home a package was awaiting me containing the following.

Cocoron (CIB)
Asmik-Kun Land (CIB)

Neat finds!

Can I ask how much you paid for Warioland 4?  That was my favourite GBA game and one of the first I bought - so many fun times playing the LPs :)

The reason I ask is because I bought a brand new one for cheap - then the seller backed out and said he'd sent it off to someone else by accident.  He sent me several new FDS games instead, but I was not amused.

Thank you! I paid $20 for Wario Land 4. I also bought it when it first came out, great memories playing that game... in fact, I still have my original U.S. copy. Just not the box and manual for it. The LPs are awesome, although some of them used to creep me out a bit when I was younger. They're definitely worth finding.

That's a shame about the new copy of Wario Land 4. I'm sure you'll be able to find another one though, I actually have a few Japanese GBA games which were sold as brand new, and they're pretty good ones. (Mr. Driller 2, Klonoa, etc.)

There actually is a brand new copy of it on eBay, but I'm sure the price is much more than what you paid for the previous one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wario-Land-4-Japan-Version-BRAND-NEW-Compatible-with-Aus-Gameboy-Advance-DSL-/380632141140?pt=AU_PC_Video_Games_Games&hash=item589f718d54

Very nice CIB Cocoron there. Is that Asmik Kun-Land any good? I watched a video of it, and it didn't look impressive. It was one of the few FC exclusive platformers that I didn't bother to add to my watch list.

Thanks so much. I'm actually playing Cocoron as we speak, I think I'm in love with it already. This is my first time ever playing it, it's one of the few games I didn't try before buying, so I'm absolutely blown away by it.

Asmik-Kun? Well, back in my days of playing random Famicom games on emulator, Asmik-Kun Land was among one of the many games I played, but I don't remember getting very far on it. I was pretty terrible on keyboard, so I'm hoping I'll be able to beat it now. From what I remember, it's fun but obviously there are much better platformers out there. You die in one hit and your default weapon is pretty weak, but from what I've seen you gain more as the game progresses. I like the graphics in Asmik-Kun Land, it looks absurd!

I got a text out of the blue this afternoon. It was from an acquaintance, who I had bought some Sega stuff from a couple of weeks ago. A couple of hours later, I'm meeting him to buy three Famicom pirate multicarts: 146-in-1, 102-in-1, and 9999999-in-1 (which just says "Super" and "New 2001" on the label). All three of these games only have about half a dozen unique games on them, sadly enough. the 146 includes Sqoon, which I don't normally see on multis. The 102 includes Magic Jewelry, which is pretty fun. The 9999999 is the first multi I've played to include Dr. Mario, even though the version was flawed. (The viruses in the game's well weren't animated.) The 9999999 also included a title screen that seemed to be ripped from The Lion King, with Young Simba clinging to the edge of a cliff while an 8-bit rendition of "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" plays over the menu.

Oh that Lion King multicart menu is awesome. Even though I don't have much interest in pirates anymore, I still love those neat multicart menus with "original" music on them.

I have two of those Lion King menu multis for sale that will be added to my shop thread shortly.

My favourite one is the one that has the menu music from Chinese Ghost Story!

My favorite multicart menu music is that of the 101-in-1 cart I have. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8iVoeWYsD4

I swear there used to be a better quality upload of the menu... maybe it got taken down.

At last...  Guess what I'm playing tonight?

Thanks to Nightstar on the SPC recommendation - I also have a couple of others on the way.

That is awesome! SPC really is one of my favorite games, I think you'll enjoy it. Nice find on Metal Storm too, that's one I gotta get someday. I've never played it.
