Got some official Famicom carts at the beginning of this week.

My AV modded Famicom is there just for atmosphere.
Games I got are: Takahashi Meijin no Bug-tte Honey, Antarctic Adventure, Balloon Fight, Donkey Kong Jr. Math, Ninja Hattori Kun & Adventure Island 3.
Also got two manuals for Dig Dug & Mappy.

Posted some short info about each game I got on my website as well: http://srmd1website.weebly.com/4/post/2013/09/pickups-30092013.html

Nice finds!

Bout time I posted in this thread.  Here's one I've wanted for a while:

I always saw it as a Ninja Gaiden clone, but actually, the pace of it is quite unique and I like the subtle gameplay differences.  The animation is better than NG I think, and while the cutscenes are not as well executed, try have just as much charm somehow.

Overall, this feels like Haggleman 3 on Retro Game Challenge - inspired by Ninja Gaiden, but with other inspirations, cues and deliberate parodies thrown into the mix.  It's more than the sum of its parts and I'll really enjoy playing through this slow burner.  Only got up to Stage 3 on my first play through before dinner, but already looking forward to going back to it.

Thank you. Haha i would, but that game is hard to find :/

Was $56 a good deal for it?

XiTaU

Yeah $56 is a good deal anything under $60 is a bargain really.
How much did u pay for peach world if u dont mind me asking?

Nightstar699

Ducktales 1 + 2, Jigoku Gokuraku Maru, and Ninja Ryukenden all on the same page? Glad to see you guys haven't slowed down on the legendary finds.

Good call with Jigoku, L___E___T. That's always been one of my favorites.
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

A hell of a deal then, but that's three years ago when prices were quite different :)

I paid $18 for a brand new Ninja Ryukenden III 6 years ago.

I paid $150 for a brand new Ninja Ryukenden II 2 years ago...
