That's probably the best find any of us will have this year. If you ever see more Gimmicks for 100 yen apiece, buy them up and sell them here at a discount. Please!

Haha when I was in Japan, I checked second hand shops and hoped to be as lucky but nope. :)

Sadly finds like that are super rare these days.  I actually once pulled a copy of Gimmick for 100 yen myself so I know how awesome it feels ;D

The trick is to be in the right place (a shop with clerks who know nothing about retro games) at the right time (within about 10 seconds of them putting it on the shelf, before someone else snaps it up)!

  :'(

Hey, good job featherplucknfilms by the way.

edit:: oh, here's something from me, but (un)fortunately I didn't pay that little ;-)

featherplucknfilms

thanks! I often think that it's impossible to find really good finds these days but you really never know!

So is ANN legit after all?  That card saturation and paper curvature is suspect :D

Sweet! All Night Nippon SMB and Eggerland: Souzou e no Tabidachi. But it looks like there's no manual for Souzou. Did you get a manual for ANN (if it's legit)?

This is a different copy then the one I showed you guys before. I investigated my other copy and it turned out to be a fake.
EDIT: I think the manuel has curvature when it's in the plastic box because it's only 20 pages long and extremely short compared to other Famicom disk manuels.

Sadly the Eggerland: Departure To Creation did not come with the instructions.
Here are some additional shots of the all night nippon.

Nice. One thing I like about FDS games, if they comes with a manual it's often in good shape (unless it's a fold-out manual). I wonder if it looks different inside from the normal SMB manual.

Usually this thread is mostly games so I thought I'd mix it up a bit.  I just found this nice Rockman 5 figure set that I don't think I've ever seen before.
