Congratulations again Ryo on an awesome find!  Is it made by the same Japanese guy that made R-Type etc?
I haven't seen a release of the game in .NES format at least, only Flash.

It is a PC game. I guess someone mimicked it with a ROM hack?

Looks to be somewhat different from the PC Street Fighter X Mega Man. Different bosses, and even the bosses that are the same have different pictures on the select screen.

It looks like a Rockman 2 hack to me - Ryu boss stage looks like an edited Airman and the fireballs replacing tornadoes would make sense...

Ryo please post more screens, it looks very interesting! :D

Yeah, so sometimes you have finds, and then other times you just have those amazing finds that leave you feeling speechless.  I had one of the latter finds today.

I had received a call from one of my buddies, he owns a bookstore.  He told me to pay him a visit, as he had gotten some Famicom games to sell me (he knows I collect these games, so he asks around and when he finds them, he sells them to me).  Apparently his childhood friend had wanted to sell his Famicom / Sega games and my friend said I would be interested.  So here is what my friend's childhood buddy used to have gaming, growing up.  My friend said he didn't really have these games growing up (he is maybe in his early 40s), as his family was not rich.  Anyone, behold what one Taiwanese kid had growing up in regards to games (picture 1):

Then my buddy also had obtained the following games for me, and I grabbed these from him as well (you can see the childhood friend's games here, plus the other games I got, all mixed together):

There was a large pile of loose pcbs, untested, so I just bought them all too.  Sadly in the whole pile of games (loose pcbs + cartridges) around 15 - 20 I couldn't get to work properly, but seeing how there was around 100 pieces total, I guess it isn't too bad.  I forgot to take pics of everything, but this is the majority of it.

I was then put in touch with another guy, who had a couple games up for grabs, seemingly Atari:

We exchanged contact information, and he said that he had some Famicom stuff back at his home, so tomorrow I will meet up with him and (hopefully) score some more goodies.

Now time to get back to sorting through this stuff, I guess.  I was planning on going game hunting this afternoon and tomorrow, but alas I took the afternoon to clean these carts, and tomorrow afternoon I was recently invited to go to the fish market, so I'll do that instead of heading out in search of more games.

Neat backstory. I spy good stuff in those lots - Dragon Fighter, Mitsume Ga Tooru, Gaiden III, Lickle, etc. Second pic, cart at the top right, what could that possibly be? I'd guess a multi of sorts.
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...
