Wow!  Just shipping is almost that price!

So I guess getting a loose Famicom and FDS for $50 shipped was a steal then, ehh?

Those playing cards I won (posted them a few posts back) came in a case. On the bottom it says "Nintendo Playing Card Co.". I nor the seller knew exactly when they were from. Then I found this on wikipedia:

In 1963, Nintendo Playing Card Company Limited was renamed to Nintendo Company, Limited by Hiroshi. Nintendo now began to experiment in other areas of business using the newly injected capital.

That places them before 1963! The cards themselves are still sealed with the stamp inside!

Damn. Such a good find. I hope we can pin down a date for those at some point. At least we know pre-1963. I don't think plastic was used in mass production for a couple decades into the 1900s. I'm not sure about that. But a really cool find!

$11.75 shipped. I'm hoping the Mario cart is SMB2j. If not...not such a good deal, though that multi-cart might sell decently if it's got Famicom Contra.

Yeah! I just got one of those and a Spartan X one to sell but I'm thinking that I want to keep them for myself   They also have a Makaimura one that I want to pick up.  Did you get that from the guy with the $11 shipping cost??  I asked him if he would ship inside Japan to me and he said no!!  That bastard.
