I think the super slot protects your games pins more somehow (or your famicom's), though they seem pretty redundant.  I've been looking for one for ages though.

If the converter is a NES to Famicom, you just insert the NES cart backwards when the converter is in your Famicom.

Thanks for that!! once the replacement psi arrives, ill be able to test, its nice to have the LED on it to show that the unit is on too!!

Nice find!  Could you take some more pics of that NTDEC joystick thing?

Also, if you choose to sell some of those discs you scored, I might be interested in buying some of them ;)

These are my first ever Famicom game purchases.
I am now no longer a Famicom Virgin  :-* I am still waiting on a Famicom/Famiclone to play them on, but that's in the mail.
Slowly but surely the collection WILL get bigger  :redcart:

My recent purchase of a totally unused* famicom+Disk System+Super Bee, I'm pretty sure all these games aren't legit! some look ok though!
The disk System still has the cardboard protector in the slot!

Only down side, missing the RF switch, and manuals, bummed about that, but picked all this us for $100 australian dollars!

*When i say unused, I'm not 100% on that, but there are NO marks in the cart slot, none of the plugs have the usual scratching from being pushed and pulled.

If it was unused, shouldn't it be in its plastic bag? The controllers also had little plastic bags around them actually...

Thats why i said i wasn't one hundred percent sure, i am going purely by the condition of the plugs etc, even the rubber feet on the bottom don't have any wear! I'm almost certain no one has used it, well, at the very least, i can hold onto the belief it hasn't been!  ;D

Finally got an Oeka Kids tablet!  Need to track down the hiragana game for it now.

Awesome!  These show up hardly ever - but I believe the game itself is easier to find.
Have you tried running it on Powerpak or Everdrive in the meantime?

Yeah, this is the first one that I'd seen on eBay in a long while.  I fully expected to get sniped at the last moment since my bid wasn't all that high, but I guess no snipers were interested.  I haven't really been looking for the games at all since I didn't have a way of playing them, so maybe they are fairly common?

I haven't tried using a flashcart since all I have is a Powerpak and no pin converter.  Gotta get an Everdrive one of these days...

I have a feeling the game is relatively ok to find, hope you can get it!  I only have the red one that came with mine, need to get the other one at some point.

Awsome indeed! As I'm interested in both Famicom hardware and drawing this is pretty cool! But why don't you just get a pin converter. I'm not sure the Everdrive is that much better than the Powerpak yet.

Golf and Tennis are nice Whirlwind Manu carts from the early 1990s.  Me like them :)

how much did you get the ANN:SMB for
I am a big Nintendo fan! especially GameBoy, N64, SFC, GC. And of course Mario games
I collect SFC/N64 mainly. Some rare famicom stuff too. Also miscellaneous video game stuff.
