Same here. I love the video game related/themed board games. However I prefer the old ones from 80s and some early 90s. The ones that came out later seem to lack "soul" and personality imho.

Other japanese board games I've got so far are super dodgeball (reall neat launchers on it), dai makaimura and cho maikaimura. Also got a couple more in my recent haul, but have yet to "process" them.

That is really amazing, a lovely find!  Wish I had one of those.

I finally , after 3 years, got an adapter for playing 4-player famicom.

Hori Twin adapter.
Good for Nekketsu games, Wit's (fun game, see my blog post...) and a few other.

Nice find!  Hope you didn't pay the usual eBay asking price :o

So, that's what I'd need to go four-player on my Famicom. (I've got Wit's and most of the Kunio-Kun games as well...) What is the going rate on one of those? (Loose... I wouldn't care about the box.)

I got it in a lot of odd accessories (such as a pc engine mouse, sega taps, barcode boy, gamecube modems...) so it wasn't expensive.

I think 45$ is a reasonable price, but that is what I think as a reseller.

Very nice find!

Thanks, it's probably the best Famicom game out there. :)

in Poland, this game is very popular :)

MS-DOS4

Went to goodwill and got some cassette holders. I love that faux woodgrain.

Very nice!  I've been wanting to get some of those myself, but I can't seem to find anything like that here.  The one time I did see one, it was in terrible condition.

Nice.  I have one of those exact models.

It was in great condition, and then I dropped it when bringing into my house and chipped one of the corners :-[

I also love the faux-woodgrain.  I have a faux-woodgrain clock/radio on top my cassette holder, and have that next to a small TV with woodgrain paneling ;D

MS-DOS4

Yeah, I've been scouring the stores for a desk sized wood panel TV to go with it. No luck yet! :)
