In that case, I've got no idea. Incidentally, it's quite annoying in any case if you ask me.

It may also be because posting internationally is always cumbersome, especially to countries in Asia, South America, Africa, Hindustan, and the Middle-East. I regularly post international orders, and the differing regulations are always problematic; many customers also do not understand the gigantic increase in costs in order to insure parcels to some destinations, which they must cover.

It also proses a problem for warranty affairs, as international customers would need to send the item back to you, and you may need to cover a postage rate that is greater than your profit margin.

Add to this the additional business of dealing with customs brokers and other importation and exportation circumstances, and you may come to understand that posting international orders is a great amount of added work, which must also be reflected in sales margins. The additional time involved, and problems dealing with merchant banks when an international client reverses a transaction because their item was lost, or damaged by customs, and all of the other assorted problems turn many people away from accepting international orders.

I always have, and always shall do international sales, however I have special policies for international customers, including for warranty work and for transaction details. If I didn't, my prices would need to be even higher to offset operational costs.

if the poor guy doesn't want to have these headaches, then he's perfectly justified to refuse any international order. I can completely understand his position, even if it may lose him a sale once in a while. 'Tisn't as if you can't buy NOAC clone systems from every other company in the industry, and hey are all essentially identical in operation--all junk.
