Help finding the title of this 2 games.

Hi, I'm missing my childhood days. And I'm having some nostalgic feeling when it come to family computer so I'm gonna ask about this 2 games that I like really like when I was a kid but I cant seem to remember their titles.

The first game is about, you will collect  pieces of picture to complete the portrait what I can remember is that the portrait is a bird, the skill of the character is that you can create a block .

and the second game is about martial arts wherein the main character travels and when he reach some point he will fight in a ring sometimes the enemy turn into demon.

I really cant remember their titles I would be really thankful if someone knows this games.

and I also remember that the main character can also learn a technique like hadouken when he is fighting in the ring.

'Hi no Tori' is one of Konami's less-remembered gems. I do have to say, I'd not have connected it with the description; if you said 'a pirate making blocks appear in thin air', it would've snapped-to in an instant.
