WTB Nintendo Top Loader PAL version.

HI all as per title, I am seeking complete boxed Top loader.

Top Loader or AV Famicom?

I am kinda lost in regards to PAL.

Was there a Top Loader for our friends in Europe or was there an AV Famicom? - I mean in regards to the carts used, long versus short? My guess is long so that would be a Top Loader like the U.S version but for PAL.

I don't think there ever was a PAL version of the Top Loader... Also, please note that the american version of the Top Loader only have RF-out, resulting in a poorer picture than that of an AV Famicom. You can of course mod the Top Loader to output a composite picture (like the AV mod to the original Famicom), but then you might as well get an AV Famicom. I have an AV Famicom hooked up to my PAL LCD-TV without any problems - I'm not sure if my TV is even capable of displaying an NTSC RF-signal...

The PAL toploader was released in Australia/New Zealand and possibly in some other regions as well. So it is very much real and there is no need to talk about AV Famicoms or the american toploaders since the guy is specifically after the PAL console.

Yeah, they were released in Australia and NZ.
