Sorry for taking forever to reply (I had some health issues).

I accept requests for sure =D
In fact I want to create a Robocop title screen for a long time - but all my tests failed so far.
However I'm sure that sooner or later I'll be able to create a decent 'Robocop' title screen.

Thank you! I'm not good AT ALL - in fact I have no programming / coding skills.
I just love to make graphics and a tool called "Nes Image Converter" does the dirty job (convert my drawings into a .NES file) for me.
