Look what I got recently at my local 100 Yen shop.
These boxes cost 105 Yen (incl. tax) each and can contain up to 13 normal sized and also the slightly bigger Namco carts. And they're stackable! I bought about 20 of them to bring my for-sale items in order.

Now for some pics! What do you all think? Nice or not?

And for my friends in japan, go to your Daiso store (if you have one) and look for this label:

That Guy from Faxanadu

Seems pretty handy, actually! Sure to keep the carts safe from dust.

Very nice, and what a fantastic price! :o

I store my Famicom carts in these boxes:

It holds the Famicom carts OK (I guess), but my NES games fits perfectly inside!

And I store my Super Famicom/SNES games in a smaller version of the above mentioned box:

I wish they were as cheap as your boxes, though! :'(

They are great for shipping games too. Didn't know they were that cheap. But they are quite small...

There are containers in a variety of sizes. But I found those to be the most efficient.

A lot of plastic stuff is made in Japan.  :o
And you're right, it's awesome! :)

Those are fantastic!  I was thinking of going a more costly route and hunting down old sega boxes.

You can try to find storage boxes for cassette tapes in thrift stores or the like. Famicom carts are exactly the same size as old cassette tapes.  :)

Might have to grab a few of them, I just have all my sale stuff in a big cardboard box.

I don't use tapes any more. But as they're the same size as Famicom carts, they're good to compare.

When I went to my 100 Yen shop I grabbed a few cassette tapes and went to their plastic box aisle to see which box type is best.
