I sure am since I'm living alone temporarily (and liking it) I've found how to cook rice, spaghetti, soup, other meals and kill ants.

God damn ants I have to spray them water mixed with vinegar to see if they die!

I have a full blown internet addiction, I don't know what I'd do without it.

Not proud, I didn't contribute anything towards its creation.

Grateful, yes.

As petik pointed out, grateful is the appropriate word.

Because of the internet I have work!
And even outside of work I spend a lot of time on the net.

Good tool for communication.
I don't buy, sell or trade at moment.
But my question is how hackers at that time were able to hack those games?(c)krzy

without the internet I wouldn't be:

a collector
a modder
dating the most awesome girl ever created
able to find something to do in my spare time
able to have so much awesome stuff at my fingertips

without the internet I would be:

dead in a ditch somewhere

The Internet made me who I am today, and my way of repaying it is by contributing in any way I can. :)

Without the internet I'd just be another blue collar working stiff. With the internet, I can gather information and become proficient in anything and everything I desire, and constantly learn and grow well into my old age.

Without it, I wouldn't be able to work on my cars or know how to solder. I love both!

The Internet is like a Mother to us all, filling us with less than useful knowledge, providing slightly fulfilling diversion, and always killing our time so gently and subtly.

almost everything is better with the interwebhighway.

* do some work! not possible
* check the news! oh, not possible
* check my mail! nope, not possible
* what's on TV! not possible, no newspaper
* what's that film about! oh, can't check.
* I'll just read up on a topic then! oh wait, not possible. library too far away or not open.
* let's talk to someone! Oh wait, I live in a country where people don't talk (sober)

Certainly that's the word I should of used instead, but "proud" is what came to mind first.

You dated a girl online and she's perfect for you? Really?

Some kind of proof, like a short resume of you two or whatever. ;D
