The most popular way to open a screwless Famicom cartridge is using a "quick grip" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgCiAOmgeFc.

It takes some tries to get it right though so you have to be persistent but careful so you don't snap the tabs. I'm using a cheap quick grip with plastic pads and it works.

I don't know if these are held together in the same way as it's a modern pirate cart. The plastic is also just a notch above cellophane in thickness, so it's not nearly as sturdy as an original cart. To make things ever worse it seems like the PCB doesn't fit in a normal famicom game shell, so if I mess up I can't just replace it. If someone has experience from this specific cart it would be appreciated.

jack of all trades

I did the modification today, works like a charme!  ;D

The 245 in 1 cartridge shell isn't the same as original standard carts. You have to squeeze the back half, not the front half. The plastic is so flimsy, you don't need quick grips at all. Just squeeze the cart's back side with one hand and pull the front half with your other hand.

There are 5 clips in total. 2 at the left side, 2 at the right side and one clip at the top :)

Exactly, just grab it, squeeze a little bit and snap it open, it's very easy to do :yoshi:

You guys must have strong hands, because I can't do it at all!

So it appears this fix should work for games like Golden Axe, and other Waixing messed up games. I got one in, and yup, OE is apparently grounded on the CHR ROM. Unfortunately, the package is a TSSOP, and its sharing a pad with a ground. I need to send it to someone with better soldering skills than I have.
