If it is, & it doesn't use the Super FX chip (or this SA-1 chip everyone keeps talking about) or any other special chips then likely it would. The only issue I've read about were small roms needing to be padded.

Buy a USB SNES Gamepad <- maybe not that one in particular. RetroZone has one: www.retrozone.com/usbretroport

If the game doesn't have gamepad support, you can always download Joy2Key.
