How does one make NES repro?

Is it hard to do, How do someone get the chips to program the Game

MarioMania I would recommend going through a repro maker.  You'll need to buy the chips and a burner and you need adaquate soldering skills.  Unless you want a personal project or plan to do hundreds I'd just pay the repro makers, they don't upcharge by a large amount to be honest.
