You know, I haven't played the NES version of the game since it came out (which places me at 5 years old or so) but I remember enjoying the SNES version more. Darn fine game, no matter how you cut it. Anyone play the Genesis version? It's a lot of fun, too, but really hard.

Red Steel is the first "1st person shooter" I'm mildly interested in, because of the controls. Maybe I'll try it when I buy a Japanese Wii.
