Pitfall II (2600)
The only game for the Atari that has an extra sound chip, and the only sequel to an already awesome game that isn't crappy!  If I get a Cuttle Cart II, I have access to every released 2600 and 7800 game...

The first Half-Life is much better than the second IMO.  I was disappointed by the second one in comparison even though it is a good game as well.
