wow famicomfreak> I also found that nintendo box too this weekend lol and a friend found 2 of the 3 spyro games too (black label).

famicom related i bought these on saturday, Since I just got a famicom i remembered a lady had these yellow carts. So finally I picked them up and they turned out to be really cool to have.

the top cart has: bubble bobble 2, samurai ninja cats, tiny toons 2 and harry potter legend (which that game is interesting itself lol)

bottom cart: super contra, final war, monster in my pocket and snow bros! :D

Punkr13, those definitely are nice multicarts! And yes Harry's Legend is a great game!

To fix that label on cart 2, carefully heat it up with a blow dryer then carefully peel it off and use a craft clue stick and coat the back of the label then center it in the area and hold pressure for a few minutes.

Thanks!  I did take the controller apart and, from what I can see, the soldering looks fine and everything is as it should be.  I'm not sure what is the cause of it.  I'll probably end up buying a junk console off of Yahoo Japan (saw one for 2800 yen) and just take a controller from it.  Its an expensive solution, but that is about all I can think of!

ya its going to be tricky, it has tape around it, i might just leave it as-is on the front.

Im just happy the carts both work :)

I got another amazing deal on Famicom carts that I have to brag about here.

19 carts for 100 yen (about 1$ US) each.  All of them good ones or ones that I needed, including Solomon no Kagi, a CIB Ice Climber, Family Basic V3, Crisis Force and a bunch of others.

Pics of the lot here:

I recently learned that they still sell NES games even at Gamestops in the states.  They just stopped selling N64 and Ps1 games here!
Consoles I own (by Generation):

Maybe at your Gamestops.  I've never seen one in the past half a decade sell anything other then current generation games. :-\

April 3rd they stopped taking GBA games. At least the ones around me.

nintendodork

Yep.  All the ones closest to me quit taking them on April 3rd too, and the GBA games they still have are all in a little cardboard box all individually priced.  The bastards want $40 for a Pokemon Emerald cartridge because it's apparently "the rarest Pokemon game." ::)

Surely the rarest one is that haunted black and white one.  I don't know my Pokémans, mind you.  I'll readily admit that.
