It's a later version, or earlier, can't remember.
I don't know if there are differences in the games. But the manual is sligthly different and has revision -1. I think the box also has the orange color.

Got an Atari Jaguar (boxed....in a shoebox XD), 2 controllers, 4 loose games, and one boxed game for $75.00

My Virtual Boy arrived!  I, I love it!  It came with Red Alarm, Mario's Tennis, Golf and Panibon. 
I have a couple of Flashcarts for it so tomorrow I'm gonna check out Bound High and Mario Kart!
