Okay Uglyjoe.. I don't think I will sell it, but if I acquire another one I might do so!

This includes the majority of the famicom games I got from Amazon.jp ... I'll probably have one more lot to show you all that I'll be bringing home...   I hope I can come back to Japan soon so I can keep getting games!!

If I come back I might start a little store on the side of a comic website I hope to start up in the next month or two.  :yoshi:

Awesome! You bought a expansion port controller, and a nice collection of games! :mario:

I bought another expansion port controller online for about 1800yen, not pictured yet....    Then I found the same exact controller today for 315yen.  Unbelievable.   If you're patient you can really find anything here for a stunning price.

Got Rockman 4 and 5 yesterday for 260yen each.   And a bunch of others at this one place selling every retro cart in their store for 100yen.. Which includes Twinbee, Popeye,  Gradius, Double Dragon II, and Edo Period Kuniokun game (and some other junk like Transformers 2 and Bokosura Wars)...  CRAZY!  It drives someone like me bonkers.

Yea I know very well, if you're patient you can get things cheaper, sometimes.

I have been surprised how expensive the hand controls are for Famicoms. Both AV Famicom and expansion port. Are the expansion port controllers still in production?

Some nice games and some crappy ones in there. Rockman 2 was the last famicom game I played incidentally, one of the best NES games. Spartan X 2 is hard to come by too, I haven't yet had the chance to play it.

But Ronald Land and The Quest of Ki, haha... and that fishing game, is it any good? I sold one of those recently, didn't think much of it.
Selling  Japanese games in Sweden since 2011 (as "japanspel").

Yeah, it's not necessarily about getting all the GOOD games...   I've developed a bit of a shitty game fetish.  Donald Land I've been looking for for a long time now... So glad to have it, despite how horrible it is.  I don't know why, I get a kick out of bad games.

However, I was under the impression Quest of Ki was a good one.  Huh. All I know is it's a spinoff to Tower of Druaga.
The fishing one I tried for a little bit and seemed kinda neat, but I couldn't out how to catch anything.  I'll come back to it later. After months of intense game shopping, that one surprised the heck out of me because I had never ever seen it.

Dragon Fighter looks like it has shitty game potential, but really anything where you're given more control than a text menu (particularly if it's hard as hell) is a lot of fun for me...  Was kind of sad to discover Chibi Maruko chan isn't such a game... but a shopping board game.   I'd rather it be a terrible platformer.  :D

Controllers still in production?  I highly doubt it.. at least I've never seen one beyond the Hudson brand ones and maybe a Hori and special function controllers.

Anyway I look at it his Atari lot is an incredible deal I wouldn't pass on.  Can you really find all that for 20 or 30 dollars?
