Who actually owns a "12 in 1" NEW STAR cartridge?

Is anybody have a "12in1" NEW STAR cart in their collection (id "CGS12") ? (see attach).
Please respond! It is very important for me.

I got the 12 in 1. Unfortunately I only have one copy so it would be hard to let go. what did you have in mind?
