This Top Gun sample cartridge, by Konami, is the standard type of sample cart released by the company, much like their most common retail carts, with the label that folds over the top and the hole on the top left corner.

The label is a clean white with thick black font. All of the similar sample carts include the game’s product ID on it.

The screenshots below suggest there are some differences between this version and the retail version, including no copyright on the title screen. Seeing as how this game is based on the movie, the copyright may have still been under negotiation.
