Famicom Disk System 3206 write mod

If you wanted to rewrite some of your Famicom disks but your Famicom Disk System drive doesn’t want to cooperate because it contains the dreaded FD3206P Drive Controller chip, this comprehensive how-to is for you. Famicom World relaunches

Famicom World is proud to introduce its new layout.

We’ve got a full staff, we’re using a content management system and we’re on a new server, so you should see regular updates to the site and the forum should have little to no downtime, which has been a problem in the past.

FW is just more than three years old, and we’re busier than ever trying to bring the best of the Famicom to the web. Keep an eye on this page for regular updates about the site and 8-bit gaming. We anticipate an exciting rest of 2009.

In the meantime, help us work out the bugs by finding them.
